any information or service provided to Homestay Hosts or Guests or any
other party.
The 2009 IPM, its staff, board members and/or volunteers
assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any direct or indirect
injuries, losses or damages which may be related to the use of the Homestay
program or to any Guest, Host or any other party, however caused, during the
use of this temporary web post service. The Homestay Host/Guest acknowledges the
the 2009 IPM does not pre-screen or approve Homestay postings and assumes
no liability for any inaccurate or incomplete information or for any actions
taken in reference thereon. The 2009 IPM has the right to refuse, delete or
remove any Homestay postings or content at its sole discretion. The Homestay
Host/Guest agrees to indemnify and hold IPM, its staff, board members, affiliates,
directors, volunteers and any other entity or individual engaged in business
with the 2009 IPM harmless from any and all claims and/or demands of any sort.
You acknowledge that the 2009 IPM Homestay information posting is a service
that will be terminated after September 26th, 2009 and that the 2009 IPM shall
not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of this
service prior to the termination date.
